Outside there is a spacious garden with a lawn and shrubs that create a relaxed setting, a swimming pool and separately from the villa, in the middle of the lawn, a porch with barbecue, a lounge/dining area and also a private putting area with 5 holes.

You can park your car in the garage, which is very spacious, there’s also a car-port and a support bathroom.
